MorseLink アカウント削除のご依頼方法
This page explains how to delete your MorseLink account and related data.
このページでは、モールス信号学習アプリ「MorseLink」のアカウントと関連データの削除をご希望のユーザー向けに、手続き方法を案内します。
Data that will be deleted
Deleting your account removes the following data:
- Account data stored in Firebase Authentication (email address, display name, etc.)
- Learning history (drill results, quest progress, energy state, etc.)
- Chat posts and AI coach messages (deleted where possible)
- Saved notification tokens and subscription metadata
We retain only the minimum data required by law, if any.
削除対象となるデータ
アカウント削除により、以下のデータが削除されます。
- Firebase Authentication に保存されているアカウント情報（メールアドレス、表示名など）
- 学習履歴（ドリル結果、クエスト進捗、エナジー状態など）
- チャットの投稿内容、AI コーチへの投稿内容（可能な範囲で削除）
- 保存済みの通知トークンおよび購読情報
法令で定められた期間の保管が必要なデータについては、必要最小限の範囲でのみ保持します。
Delete from the app (recommended)
- Log in to the MorseLink app.
- Open Settings > Account settings > Delete account.
- Follow the on-screen instructions (this action cannot be undone).
アプリから削除（推奨）
- MorseLink アプリにログインします。
- 「設定 > アカウント設定 > アカウント削除」を開きます。
- 画面の案内に従って削除を実行します（削除後は復元できません）。
If you can’t access the app (request deletion by email)
If you cannot access the app (e.g., after switching devices), email us at:
support@morse-link.com

Use the subject: MorseLink account deletion request, and include:
- Your registered email address
- Information for verification (e.g., your display name or recently completed mode)
- After verification, we will delete your account.
アプリにアクセスできない場合（メールで削除依頼）
端末変更などでアプリにアクセスできない場合は、下記のメールアドレス宛に削除をご依頼ください。

件名を「MorseLink アカウント削除希望」とし、本文に以下をご記載ください。
- 登録メールアドレス
- ご本人確認のための情報（例: 表示名、最近完了した学習モードなど）
- 当社サポートで本人確認後、アカウント削除を実施します。

Notes
- Deleted accounts and data cannot be restored.
- If you have an active subscription, cancel it in the App Store / Google Play.
- We do not offer refunds (purchase history remains in the store).
注意事項
- 一度削除したアカウントとデータは復元できません。
- 定期購入をご利用中の場合は、各ストア（App Store / Google Play）で解約手続きを行ってください。
- 購入/課金の返金は行っていません（購入履歴はストア側に残ります）。
